Tessa Anderson has led CH2M HILL’s Engineers Week outreach efforts since joining the firm in 2005.

I work in our fantastic sales organization. I began my career as an intern with the Colorado state legislature before moving to Washington D.C. to work for Colorado Congressman Dan Schaefer, where I had the opportunity to work on key energy, environmental and health care policy issues. I joined CH2M in 2000 and have supported our government affairs office, the Rocky Flats Cleanup Project, business development, and most recently served as Regional Managing Director for the United States.

I’m a proud dad of three and enjoy coaching them in various sports. I think volunteer coaching is one of the most rewarding ways to donate your time. The kids are great and watching them develop life skills and gain confidence is fantastic….it also keeps you out of the spectator area with the other, and sometimes fanatical, parents. Growing up during the chilly winters of Fargo, North Dakota, I still have a passion for ice hockey and enjoy golf and skiing.

Our people make a difference in communities around the world through their daily work. The CH2M Foundation reinforces their commitment by focusing on areas of critical importance to our employees and the communities we serve.
